Not yet reviewed by counsel. The sections below state honestly what the software does and does not do. Before Pachal takes payment or leaves beta this document needs a lawyer's pass — in particular the right of withdrawal, subscription terms and intellectual property, none of which are covered here yet.

1. What Pachal is

Pachal is a personal record-keeping and planning tool. You enter or import your own financial records; it organises them, computes plans you define yourself, and reminds you when a rule you wrote is met.

2. What Pachal is not

Pachal is not a financial adviser, a broker, a bank, or a portfolio manager. Nothing it displays is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell anything.

It never executes anything. Pachal places no orders and moves no money. It cannot. When a plan of yours is met, it tells you — acting is your decision, taken in your own broker or bank.
Plans are yours. Templates are suggestions and are never applied on their own; no rule exists until you create it.
Nothing here is tax advice. Cost, withholding and gain figures are arithmetic over what you recorded, for your own information.

3. Data accuracy

Prices, exchange rates, calendars and probabilities come from third-party sources listed in the privacy policy. They can be delayed, wrong, or unavailable. Pachal marks a stale price as stale and shows no number where it has none, but it cannot guarantee any external figure. Decisions you take on this data are your own.

4. Your responsibilities

Keep your password and your device secure. We cannot recover a local vault for you.
Back up your data. Export is available from Settings at any time.
Use the software lawfully, and only for records you are entitled to hold.

5. Beta

Pachal is in beta and provided as-is. Features can change, and interruptions or defects are possible. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Omnez GmbH is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, tax consequences, or damages arising from use of the software, from inaccurate third-party data, or from data loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life and health.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time; doing so deletes your rows from the cloud vault. A local vault is deleted by removing the application's data directory, described in Settings.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, with the courts of Hamburg having jurisdiction, save where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you a different forum.
